Terms and Conditions
These purchase terms contain the sections of the HeartYourYard Terms of Use that apply when you buy in Bazaar, and form part of those Terms. By placing an order you agree to them.
5. Bazaar Marketplace Terms
5.1 Marketplace Role
HeartYourYard facilitates transactions between members through Bazaar but is not a party to the underlying sale. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing. All sales are between the buyer and seller directly, and HeartYourYard bears no responsibility for disputes arising from a transaction.
5.3 Buyer Terms
- Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details before purchasing.
- You may cancel an order from your orders page until it ships. A card payment that has not yet settled is voided; one that has settled is refunded to the original card. [Whether any refund or return is available once an order has shipped, or whether all sales are then final except as required by law, to be decided]
8. Dispute Resolution Between Users
HeartYourYard is not responsible for resolving disputes between buyers and sellers. We encourage users to resolve disputes directly.
